Fully licensed, Ross was a cofounder of Ray White Cowra in 1990 and specialises in Residential and Commercial Real Estate. Ross also oversees the management of our Property Management Division.


Lyn Sharkey: Principal; phone: 02 6341 1311 | lyn.sharkey@raywhite.com; With Ross, established Ray White. Since then she has mixed business with pleasure alternating between 3 children and her administration role within the business. Lyn holds a current Real Estate Certificate or Registration.


Barbara Edwards: Residential Salesperson; mob: 0427 423 042 | barbara.edwards@raywhite.com; Barbara has been with Ray White now for 5 years after having considerable years experience in operating her families’ furniture Retail Sales business in Cowra. Having raised her family with husband John in Cowra, Barbara is keen to utilise her district knowledge of Cowra and resource her sales training to make a successful career in Real Estate.


Tim Carman: Residential Salesperson; mob: 0429 413 259 | tim.carman@raywhite.com; Tim started with Ray White in March 2008 and is enjoying the new change to direction working in Real Estate with the Cowra team. Prior to this Tim has always been a local, going to school here in Cowra and spending ten years as a Barber. He then took up the challenge of moving up to the mid-north coast running a busy grocery store for a number of years in the holiday town of South West Rocks. Tim really enjoyed his time on the coast but equally enjoys being back in the country working for the motivated team at Ray White Cowra.
His first listing and sale in the first month will always be a memorable experience in the Real Estate industry!

Working in the fast paced world of Property Management Keira works hard to ensure that customer service is paramount, setting Ray White apart from the others. Keira comes from a Management background and comes to us from Ray White Orange where she was the Property Manager there.
